CraftGest Consulting is a company specialized in management consulting, particularly in the field of Project Finance, which focuses its activity on supporting companies in the processes of raising funding for investments and/or restructuring, with special emphasis on the use and enhancement of Community Funds.
Made up of a highly experienced and credible team, with more than 25 years of experience in community funds, and with an accumulated portfolio of more than 1,100 successful applications supported by the European Structural Funds, encompassing SMEs and Large Companies.
The scope of its specialization encompasses the raising of support in the following sectors: industry, commerce, tourism and agriculture, as well as support in the areas: internationalization, R&D, job creation, entrepreneurship, digital economy and energy efficiency, among others.
Its know-how, vast experience and networking make it possible to combine access to Community Funds with other financing instruments, including access to Investors, Investment Funds and other Funding instruments, in processes and operations of global funding.
The credibility of its team also allows access to the main Credit Institutions operating in the market, whether to leverage financing for investment and expansion projects, or for Financial Restructuring.
Its market positioning and networking also allow it to collaborate in Mergers & Acquisitions processes, whether in the context of the assembly of presentation files for investors, or in the intermediation of operations.

- He has a special interest in Innovation, Sustainable Business Management, Environment, Renewable Energies and Business Angels.
- Chairman of a Business Angels Investment Fund.
- He was: Vice-President of FNABA – National Federation of Business Angels, President of the Business Angels Club of Santarém, Member of the Pedagogical Technical Council of the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém and Director of FABER Ventures S.A.
- Degree in Eng. Zootechnics.
- Investor and Consultant with over 30 years of experience in Business Management, Investment Projects in the area of Travel Retail, Food Distribution, Agribusiness, Real Estate and Top Management Consulting.
- Co-founder of companies such as Cores Doces, Comtemp, Barrancarnes, Craftrade, Hotel Mélia Boutique – Serra da Lousa, among others, and successfully implemented several applications for community funds.
- Co-founder of brands such as Sweet Colors, Funmaçia, Chocolate Lounge, XpressMarket, Cristal, Companhia dos Temperos, Paladar, Casa do Porco Preto, Villa Graça, among others.
- He has a special interest in Innovation and Marketing.
- Investor in a Business Angels Investment Fund.
- He was: Administrator/Manager of Cores Doces-Lda, Craftrade-Lda, IIFPG-Sociedade de Investimentos-Lda, AGPG- Sociedade Imobiliária, Torre Brasil – Empreendimentos Imobiliária, S.A., Craftbilt – Serviços e Comercio de imoveis, Lda, Sociedade Agrícola Quinta dos Anjos, S.A., Comtemp-Companhia dos Temperos, Lda., among others.
- Degree in Agricultural Management, with various training and certifications in banking and finance.
- 20 years of experience in Private Banking, where he was director and responsible for a team with over 400 million euros in assets under management, also collaborating in this area with the Portuguese subsidiary of one of the largest independent wealth managers in Switzerland.
- Expert Real estate appraiser – PAI – registered with the CMVM, being a consultant and appraiser for over 25 years, having worked with some of the main companies in the area and also with investment funds.
- He has a special interest in real estate investing and wealth management.
- Investor and manager in several companies, from real estate, consulting and agribusiness.
- Degree in Business Management from ESGS.
- 12 years of experience in preparing applications for Community Funds within the scope of Portugal 2020, QREN, Comércio Investe and MODCOM.
- Studies of Economic and Financial Feasibility and Diagnostics and Strategic Analysis of Companies.
- Consultant in the monitoring and implementation of investment projects within the scope of Portugal 2020, QREN and III QCA (SIME, SIPIE, Comércio Investe, MODCOM), as well as in the analysis of their economic and financial performance.
